At MANUKURA we have a strong focus on pastoral care and wellbeing. Students are supported within each year level by designated staff personnel. Each of these staff members oversee the needs of each student, and are the first point of contact for whānau regarding school pastoral and academic needs. Students themselves are actively involved in supporting each other. They develop strong bonds of loyalty within the school and all students know the standards of behaviour that are expected of them.
