MANUKURA Ethos Award
The MANUKURA Ethos award was given to a student who consistently displays the ethics & principles which symbolise MANUKURA values influencing others and the environment in a positive way.
Junior Ethos
Tulin Prichard
A very strong performer in and out of the classroom. Tulin was an intellectual player on the hockey turf gaining regional and national honours. Her positive attitude and her special ability to embrace opportunities with a smile endeared her to gain the respect of staff as well as her peers.
Senior Ethos
Hana Wainohu
Hana was selected for her contribution and leadership in all aspects of MANUKURA. Articulate in both English and Te Reo Māori, a tireless worker in class and training as well as captaining our girls rugby team. Hana is a young woman who distinguished herself, whanau and MANUKURA with a respectful nature that was competitive but kind and caring of others.
