Graduate Profile

MANUKURA Graduate Profile

"The best project you will ever work on is yourself."

MANUKURA has created a Graduate profile that highlights a shared understanding of what a future-oriented learner looks like with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes that students will need to develop in order to participate in a range of life contexts beyond school. This profile is a clear visualisation of priority goals personal growth that can be easily communicated to students, whānau and staff to align their collective efforts. This will help to specify the cognitive, personal, and interpersonal competencies that students should have when they graduate.

Te Tamaiti Hei MANUKURA

Students are required to create an interactive website that will record evidence of their learning while at MANUKURA. A matrix has been designed to provide visible learning outcomes across the four pou;

  • Hei Akonga (Autonomy)
  • Hei Tangata (Service)
  • Hei Ipu Korero (Dexterous)
  • Hei Uriwhakaeke (innovation)

Independent Learning Time (ILT) staff will oversee each students’ Te Temaiti Hei Raukura website, however, it is a collective responsibility from all parties to help guide our learners in their journey.
