MANUKURA Ethos Award
The MANUKURA Ethos award was given to  students who consistently displayed the ethics & principles which symbolise MANUKURA values influencing others and the environment in a positive way. 
Junior Ethos
Jalen Blake-Kaiwai
Consistently demonstrated an ability across his academic, cultural and sporting engagements. Diligent and hardworking, he excelled in Basketball, Kapa Haka and in the classroom. Additionally, he was fully immersed in all aspects of MANUKURA.
Junior Ethos
Madison Thomas
A very strong performer in the classroom, Madison was an intellectual player on the netball court. Her positive attitude and her special ability to embrace opportunities with a smile endeared her to staff as well as gaining the respect of her peers.
Senior Ethos
Brody Manson
Brody has been a member of our Netball and Basketball programmes over a number of years, progressing through development programmes to the highest level of any secondary school player. Importantly, her academic success is further evidence of her conscientious commitment to succeed. Additionally, Brody exhibits a level of respect and courtesy for others that makes her special.

Joseph Gavigan
Joseph epitomises the values most revered at MANUKURA. Hard working and a discipline and focus rarely seen in people of any age. Success in his academic programme as well as his selection amongst the top SS rugby players in NZ are testament to his work ethic and commitment to MANUKURA.
